Payment
VÆLEUR I/S accepts online payments with the following credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Paypal, ApplePay.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.Amount reserved
When using a payment card, debit or credit card, a reservation is made for the amount traded for. This amount is reserved until the web shop has processed and shipped your order. When the order is dispatched, the amount will be withdrawn from the account.

When using a Debit Card, you will be able to see that money is reserved on your account and your available amount will therefore appear to be less.
If you or the web shop cancels the order, then the web shop will not be able to withdraw the money from your account, but you will still be able to see the reservation amount on your account for some time.

The money will be withdrawn from your account when the web shop processes and withdraws the payment from your order. The transaction will now appear in your bank overview.

The delivery time for your order is 1-10 days, depending on the destination. All EU shipments will average between 1-5 shipping days.
VÆLEUR I/S uses GLS - Erhverv, GLS - Privat, PostNord - Erhverv, DAO - Direkte, DAO - Pakkeshop for shipment of your ordered items.
Freight cost is calculated from the weight of the items.
You can choose to have your shipment sent with delivery to your home address or the nearest package shop.
You will receive a Track and Trace-numer upon shipment, which allows you to track the shipment.

We kindly request that all purchases be considered final, as we are a very small team and are unable to accommodate returns unless there is a discrepancy with the received hoodie. In the unlikely event of damage, please utilize our contact menu to reach out to our dedicated customer service team. With that said VÆLEUR I/S offers a 14 days full refund on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

If you are returning any goods, please notify us by emailing info@vaeleur.com once the items have been shipped. Additionally, remember to ask the courier for a receipt as proof of shipment and email us this aswell. If the courier requests a recipient email, please provide info@vaeleur.com. If a phone number is required, use +45 50584448.
The refund will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected by our staff. The refund will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.
The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the delivery, and be with us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal.
If you wish to make use of your right to withdraw the purchase, you must send us an e-mail om info@vaeleur.com. In your message, clearly make us aware, that you want to use your right of withdrawal.
Condition of the item you have returned
You are responsible for the condition of the product, and of the decreased value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
This means, that you have to try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.If the item is tested/used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of decreased value. This means, that when the purchase is canceled, you will receive a minor portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to VÆLEUR I/S to evaluate the item's condition.
Warranty
There is a 2 year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.
Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to VÆLEUR I/S in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider af maximum of months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually.
VÆLEUR I/S covers return costs to a reasonable extent.

In case you wish to complain about goods purchased from us, please contact our Customer Service.
You can submit a complaint about goods purchased from us to the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. You can submit a claim online through Klageportalen for Nævnenes Hus.
It is prerequisite for making a complaint that the product or service you want to complain about cost at least DKK 1,100 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, the price must be at least DKK 720. The amount limits can be changes. You must pay a fee to have the complaint processed.
You may also use the European Commission online complaints register when submitting your complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. You may submit the complaint by using the following link:
